The Greater Boston Police Council offers two membership levels with a varying dues structure, as follows:

Full BAPERN Membership. A full BAPERN Member has access to the BAPERN system at all times. Municipal BAPERN members are assessed at 3 ½ cents per capita.

Associate Membership. An Associate Member is entitled to participate in the Council's Collective Purchasing Program. Associate members within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts are assessed a flat fee of $256.00 per year; all out of state Associate members are assessed a fee of $306.00 per year.
